Fulfillment Policy
The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") administers the use of the educatedexit.com website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the educatedexit.com website (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by Educated Exit™.  The Website is offered subject to your (the "User" or "you") acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by Educated Exit™, including Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.
1. Access & User Information
In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify Educated Exit™ immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.
Educated Exit™ may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Educated Exit™ may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to Educated Exit™ that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Website, and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
2. Modifications
Educated Exit™ reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.
3. Payments and Fees
Educated Exit™ may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies Educated Exit™ otherwise through an email to: [email protected]
By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. Educated Exit™ may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at Educated Exit's sole discretion. Educated Exit™ will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in U.S. Dollars. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.
3A. Payment Plans & Installment Agreements
- Installment plans are a courtesy, not a contingency. The full Empowered Exit™ Coaching service fee is owed at the time of enrollment. Monthly installments are offered interest-free as a payment accommodation. They are not conditional on ongoing participation in the Empowered Exit™ Coaching Program.
- Delivery of materials does not discharge the payment obligation. Receipt of all proprietary tools, documents, or deliverables does not satisfy or reduce the outstanding balance. The client owes the full contracted amount regardless of whether they use the materials, complete the program, or continue engaging.
- Disengagement does not cancel the debt. Ceasing to respond to communications, declining coaching sessions, or choosing not to continue the program after enrollment or after commencement of services does not constitute cancellation and does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligation.
- Outstanding balances are due in full. If a client misses a scheduled installment payment, the full remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable.
- Educated Exit™ reserves the right to pursue collection. This includes collection agencies, small claims court, or other legal remedies available in the applicable jurisdiction. The User agrees to be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred by Educated Exit™ in collecting amounts owed, including legal fees where permitted by applicable law.
4. Online Payment Security
Educated Exit™ uses the secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Educated Exit™ or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centres, further protecting your credit card data.
5. Refund Policy
Our products and services provide immediate access to proprietary insights, strategies, and personalized guidance. Because of this, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital content and customized support, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions before purchasing, we encourage you to reach out to ensure our offerings are the right fit for you.
6. General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all the necessary permits to grant us with User’s personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.

For sponsors of the 'Exit Strategy™' Newsletter, please be aware that due to the timing, availability, and reservation of dates, we cannot accommodate cancellations or rescheduling. As such, we do not offer refunds for any reason on sponsorships of the 'Exit Strategy™' newsletter. This policy is to ensure fairness and transparency for all our sponsors and to maintain the scheduling integrity of the newsletter.
